“FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND PLENTIFUL. COCKTAIL HOUR WAS DIVINE AS APPETIZERS WERE PASSED NON-STOP. SERVICE STARTED RIGHT ON TIME. BEST CAPACITY TO ADAPT AS TENT PROVIDED FOR BUFFET WAS SMALLER AND THEY MADE IT WORK. OUR SEPARATE STATIONS BECAME PART OF THE MAIN BUFFET BUT EACH ONE ON THE SIDE. THE FIRST PERSON WE CONTACTED DURING THE WEDDING PLANNING WAS CHEF ALAIN. THIS GENTLEMEN IS SIMPLY HUMBLE AND GENEROUS. HE PERFECTLY UNDERSTOOD OUR VISION FOR THE BIG DAY AND OUR BUDGET. HE ALSO REFERRED US TO OUR SELECTED VENUE (LIVING SCULPTURE SANCTUARY), WHICH WAS EXTREMELY LOVELY. WORDS ARE NOT ENOUGH TO EXPRESS HOW GRATEFUL WE ARE FOR THE SENSORY DELIGHTS CREW.
CHEF ALAIN AND HIS TEAM MADE OUR RECEPTION MAGNIFICIENT. OUR GUESTS WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE FOOD AND THE BAR SERVICE (FROM COCKTAIL HOUR TO DINNER SERVICE).
